the guy filming was a dumb ass staying anywhere near that guy, I had a similar experience driving on the freeway, someguy was talking on the phone doing his hair swirving back and forth.... passed the guy and 2min. later swirvs nearly hits someone swirvs back and nails the center divide and gets rear ended. People are just dumb.... the guy got what he deserved I just feel bad for everyone else.
