Just a 2-story hangar - but without the more practical bi-fold doors (that put a lot less stress on the rest of the structure).
i've seen some that have the rest of the actual house inside.
popular in airplane communities (that share a common runway).

why have grass leading out of it though? surely you need a drive, or else that lawn's going to soon turn into a complete mess, and the local house wifes will have kittens, SORT IT OUT
