That guy obviously has alot of experience with handeling those cobras. He know how then move and act, and its not very difficult to avoid being bitten by those kinds of snakes.
That says, he probably has been bitten several times before, thats part of the risk of the job, and hard to avoid in the long run. It's not like you fall over dead withing minutes, and they most likely have antidotes on storage at the zoo.
