This Pizza is Alive

OK...... Imma check back here later and see what knowledge can be shared by our wealth of acidcow members to explain this one.... Cause I'm stumped!

I've eaten a LOT of pizza in my years, but never one such as this!

Topped with hanakatsuo, thinly shaved slices of katsuobushi, or dried, fermented, skipjack tuna. When hanakatsuo is added as a topping to a hot dish, the steam has the effect of making the flakes move as if dancing; because of this, katsuobushi topping is also known as dancing fish flakes.
