He was using the hood to deflect the wind over the passenger portion of his shitty sebring convertable because he was wearing a piece. To hell with conformity! he yelled in a desperate attempt to hide the fact that his faux-hair(made of raccoon hair) was about to fly off because of the cheap adheasive that Sy Sperling and his follically challenged club members used to fasten the rodent pelt to his shiny bald head that had so many age spots it looked like crumbled pieces of dark chocolate glued to his head!
