the cop should have pulled his own gun first then said FREEZE POLICE and tell the bad guy to get on his knees and put his hands over his head then call for back up and after another cop gets to the scene ....cuff him.
or at least take him down quick and HARD not play dance time!
they both suck at their job!

That cop was lucky, he handled that all wrong. Bet that robber was surprised as hell though. The police should use that as a training video....How not to apprehend a suspect.
