Ye sthe cop is kind a idiot.
But the German Boy is speeding with 28miles (45km) at a speed limit of 110 - this is total speed of 155. Yes it is not an autobahn and yes German Boy got lucky for getting out without a ticket even ( arround 500$ and maybe some community work).
So yes the cop is cool and German Boy needs to obey the laws of the country where he is driving.
No, I am not form the US and I do not live currently in the US.
