Winter is coming and I think this brief manual how to turn non-heated seats into heated could be useful. Just kidding. I wouldn't try to build something like this. It looks not ok and maybe is dangerous.

Maybe a voltage converter and a heating pad would work just as good and be a lot easier to install.
