It is not the window, it is an effect called "CMOS rolling shutter" it has to do with how the CMOS in the cell phone takes a picture. Here is another example:

U ALL STUPID..i'ts a new airplane sheesh, it produces those black parts and when they flow downwards, it creates lift, keeping the plane in the air.......man..keep up with technology these days...
