f*cker caused an accident by thinking that the white lined crosswalk will prevent him/her from getting hit, and then walks off as if nothing happened.
Yes, you do have the right of way, but for f*ck's sake, use your brain and look before crossing.
If the vehicle is just a few feet away from the crosswalk, it won't have time to stop, even if you do have the right of way.
