wonder why it STARTED. From my experience, most of those situations start because the biker was being extremely unsafe and endangering the lives of those around them. Not saying that was the case here.

There are a few doing that in that way. Most of the bikers drive safely and know that they are vulnerable. But as in every case, the few ruin it for the most.
