This funny incident has happened on July 10, in Times Square. Stunned public watched a strange struggle between cops and Superman (actually Maksim Katsnelson, 23). Katsnelson, who was panhandling, was asked by cops for ID. He answered he didn’t have any ID and then punched the female officer in the face. After a struggle he was arrested and charged with assault. There was one more costumed super hero - Batman (Frank Frisoli) and he was cuffed by cops too, but they let him go because he didn't cause any problems.
