A few of the pictures are of the same guy 13, 14, 24, 26(after surgery),30, 31, 32 he was in a documentary i saw in high school called Biggest Biceps In The World - The Man Whos Arms Exploded. He used steroids and injected it directly into his arms thinking it will make them bigger and worked his arms a lot. In the end his arms got infected and he tried to remove the infection at home with a needle and ended up going to the hospital and had surgery which resulted in picture 26

i cant fathom how these people want to look stronger and bigger then they really are. i would be emberrassed to look like this big and awful and still not lifting any significant more then the average joe. one thing is to use steroids but synthenol is just straight out idiotic, youare making a fool of yourself and your the only one who doesnt understand how stupid you look!

Synthol may actually be good for people who dont have butt's and would like somthing too sit on

No proof that these guys on the pictures uses synthol.
They may use something else, such as steroids, testosterone injections, etc.

Not everyone with big muscle uses synthol, some people had a strict work out diet routine and hence, strong and big muscle.
