It would be more interesting if it comes with a lil bit of reason why they were replaced by another person ! :)

1. Lisa Robin Kelly had Drug and Alcohol Problems.

2. Arrested Development – Alessandra Torresani replaced by Mae Whitman - I found no reason other than they chose to go a different way.

3.The reason Eartha Kitt replaced Julie Newmar during the third season was because Julie was doing a movie at the time.

4. Dick your - He had appeared in a movie in 1959 called They Came to Cordura, and during filming he had severely injured his back. This injury caused constant excruciating pain. His life had already become a daily ritual of drugs, pills, and painkillers. It affected his work on Bewitched.

5. Lily Nicksay was replaced by Lindsay Ridgeway - no hard evidence but it's understood the studio wanted an older actress.
