When their car broke down on the road these parents got out to inspect the damage, and they narrowly avoided death as their car was hit by an oncoming vehicle.

Looking at the front of that car, it looks like they arse ended someone else. That would be totally their fault.
If it did break down, well you know when a car is about to break down, just coast across to the inside/breakdown lane.
I'm glad no one was hurt, but if they were, it would be totally down to the driver of this car.
