Nearly 1,000 dogs were put on a truck and they were set to be taken to a slaughterhouse in Guangzhou. One man took a stand and parked in front of the car then showed health certificates every dog sold for meat needs to have. The driver didn't have certificates for all the dogs and 10 hours later they were freed.
