A few months ago a tied up trash back was discovered in Transylvania, Romania, and when it was opened it was revealed that a dog was inside. The poor puppy was left for dead, and it had a broken leg and maggots eating her alive. The dog was quickly rushed to Transylvania Animal Care, and she's gone from the brink of death to perfect health thanks to her new loving owners.
