The prisoners ar HMP Guys Marsh, in Dorset are living the dream. Investigators have found that control at the prison has pretty much been lost, and the 580 inmates are running the show as they live cushy lives while they serve out their sentences.

This is what happens when Theresa May cuts lots of funding from the prison service. Prison officers in the UK recently went on strike as they are so understaffed it is not a safe place for them to work.

Except for the drugs and phones, I think teaching prisoners to behave like decent humans would be a good thing.
