Back in 1954, Jimmy and Billie Breland got married. There spent 60 years together, but unfortunately Billie passed away in 2015. After se passed away he found a note from her, and it is absolutely heartwarming.
Sadly, Billie passed away the same year. She was 83.
Two days after her death, her husband found of her notes in her checkbook. That’s was Billie’s thing, she took notes and left them around the house for her to remind her of things. Jimmy thought he found one of those notes. But this one was addressed to him.
This is what it read:
“Please don’t cry because I died!Smile because I lived!Know that I’m in a happy place!Know that we will meet again!I will see you there!”
A simple note that left Jimmy’s heart at peace in the wake of his wife’s passing.
