#12 - With some devices, it can take seconds.

These are the a few that bother me:

#13 - "Get him on the table! We have to get the bullet out before he dies!" Never, ever dig a bullet out of a gun shot victim. You're just going to torture the victim and make the damage worse. Way worse.

#14 - "Cocking that handgun will make you sound like a bad a**, you wimp!" It's totally unnecessary to cock almost any modern handgun. It's not even possible on a lot of the handguns depicted on TV. If you wait until you need to use the gun to chamber a round by pulling the slide, it will probably be the last thing you do.

#15 - "Walk it off, you wimp!" Strapping a splint onto a broken leg won't let you stand up and hobble away from that plane crash. Once you put weight on the leg, you're going to scream, fall on the ground, and pass out from the pain, while causing even more damage to the fracture.

#16 - "Cough it up, you wimp!" Drowning victims (and other trauma victims who lose consciousness) don't spew water then suddenly regain consciousness, sit up, and recover in seconds. The lungs hold a heckuva lot of water that takes a while to clear. Not to mention their vocal cords have been ravaged by the water going in and coming out.

There are thousands of myths which are completely implausible in movies. However #1 depends entirely on the type of grenade. Some grenades have an easily removed pin with pressure on the lever. My favorite myth with grenades is once the pin is pulled, it's a countdown to it exploding and must be thrown. Total bollocks, just reinsert the pin.
