If you're the type of person who likes to wear sagging pants, you better stay away from this South Carolina town.

The small town of Timmonsville, S.C. has officially banned the sagging of pants in the city limits.

The city council approved on Tuesday night in a 5 -1 vote that the "sagging" of trousers or shorts where underwear is exposed.

Anyone caught sagging by the city authorities could face a fine of up to $600.

We wonder if the rule applies to everyone...

It should apply just to men and should be nation wide. Women can do that if they want. Or at least the skinny ones can.

Well women dont have 'sagging pants'. They have low-cut trousers and they pull their thong up so high it almost gives them a wedgie. Its a completely different situation.
