Honestly, i dont understand these bad parking vigilantes. If someone parks where theyre not meant to, call the clampers. They are happy to get some business.

Also, if you get caugt doing something to a car like in this post you will be facing criminal damage charges.

Random act of retardeness. It's really smart to take revenge on seomeone's car when the owner is not around.
I see there is also a car in fron and one behind the damaged one, but they were left alone.
If you feel the need to teach them a lesson, just call the cops instead of going apesh*t like a cave-man.
