You obviously mean "Dogs COULDN'T Really Care Less..."

The way you wrote it is an all-too-common mistake, but if you think about it, it makes no sense whatsoever. Also, the placement word "really" is rather awkward. It would work better if it followed immediately after "dogs."

of course they don't. they are pack animals, no need for a human concept of "personal space". that concept would be ridiculous to them.
