5) He gave his wife this list after their marriage had been on the rocks for a long time, and it was one of the ways he tried to save the marriage - by keeping his distance after she had become erratic.

6) Same as 5; yes, he had an affair or affairs, but by that time his marriage to Mileva was on paper only. The seven-year delay was not due to any wish to continue his marriage; he just never got around to divorcing Mileva until later.

11) This comment is spot-on. Einstein's greatest asset was his imagination, in which he formulated, among other theories, E=Mc2.
