A landlord recently visited one of their properties after several months of not inspecting it to find that it had been absolutely trashed. The tenant paid the rent several months in advance and then when it came time to pay up the landlord received nothing. They decided to check on the property and found that it had been completely destroyed the tenant, who is an old lady, and the pack of ten dogs that she took in.
