This Phone Can Literally Only Call 911 (2 pics)
The landlord in this building didn't want phone service installed but he allowed the building to have one phone which he made sure can only call 911 in an emergency. But residents of the building are complaining that they can't even get through to 911 and that the phone only sends them to a robot voice. Talk about a terrible landlord.
