In 2002, Matthew Joseph Medlin was an impressionable 18 year old. But now he's 32 and he's been on the wrong side of the law one too many times. He recently got into a four hour standoff with police while he was injecting himself with meth while talked to the officers. He was later tased and shot with non-lethal rounds.
