#10 is appropriate. Kids should be taught about guns. Kids who aren't taught about guns are the ones who are creating a gun culture of death in the U. S.
I remember reading that #13 is actually from an adult book, but I couldn't find a reference to it online.

Several of these are appropriate. Why is #1 inappropriate, for example? People go to jail all the time and it's not always poor minority young men with no kids.
