This side of the mountains belongs to Poland not Czech rep.

Those photos were made in Poland not in Czech Republic,this mountain is called "Sniezka". The Polish - Czech border is about 100m away from this point. And the city you see down the valey is Karpacz (Poland). But stiil the photos looks great :)
