There seems to be a disturbing trend going on recently with hoverboards. They keep exploding. The toy is this year's hot item, literally. Another hoverboard has exploded in a home in Chappaqua, New York and if the family wasn't home to put of the fire, police say it would have been much worse.

Lots of these fires happening in the UK too, so what looks like a great bargain has lost several people their homes, or ruined their Christmas.
