Except for the gummies, that whole list pretty much describes my diet throughout the years. Add to that smoking a pack-an-a-half of cigarettes a day since I was 21.

I'm 63 with Type 2 Diabetes and Heart Disease having had a quadruple by-pass 10 years ago.

Food for thought for you younger folk.
