The view or window is behind the pull down blind in pic #2
I assume the tenant would bring there own bed.
I'm sure the apt has heat of some kind.
$434 a month for Kensington is a steal.

In all of my house and apt. renting, they have never included a bed, or any furnishings. Major appliances yes fridge, oven, and if im luck a washer and dryer.
