As a Lebanese guy, I am surprised by these photos. Reading the title, I was expecting pictures of our corrupt politicians... They are the real garbage.

People didn't give up ... the Government de-centralized waste management.
Each sector, Borough, Township, what ever you want to call it, has to deal
with there own waste. Naturally, the poorer places or areas where the inhabitants
aren't of the right beliefs are the hardest hit.

Politics, corruption, Secular Favoritism.
