Only a person who is tired of this egalitarian society.

Not sure why you would say that, but to each his own. So it's an old style, probably from the 20s. So what? Wasn't stupid back then, either. I didn't know they still made bowler hats heheh.

I mean, take a look at pic #11. Both he and the photographer have an excellent eye for color.

Mixing purple, maroon, and blue like that? Most times that would look horrible, but the color shading is nearly perfect.

And how the hell did they find a reddish-brown oil lamp with a purple oil canister that almost exactly matches his outfit? Freakin' amazing. It draws the eye to a very pleasant asymmetry. I think he looks fabulous.

The browns and the greens on the building, the trees, and in the water, make his entire outfit stand out sharply. This wonderful contrast is not easy to achieve with such a variety of color, without being an eye-assault. There's even a touch of maroon on the building. This is an award-worthy photo, imho.

The other pictures are almost as good. The colors, contrast, texture, lighting, content, backgrounds and more are meticulously chosen. I think #4 is another awesome work of art. Overall it's an excellent portfolio.

And before you ask, no, I am not an out-of-work photographer. I just enjoy observing.
