stupid dumbass, they forgot to place hand tag so you damage the car? You didn't check the owner out first? Did you check the plates to see if they're handicap? I have Disable Vet plates so I don't need hang tag, you do this to my car and you'll get to discover what caliber my concealed carry firearm is. And here in TX I can legally kill you to protect my property.

I dont think you can legally shoot someone for keying your car. Defending your property refers to your home, not a public car park...

in Texas the so called 'castle doctrine' (not actual name)carries over to you vehicles, motorcycles and boats, too. I can't see myself doing it until I read the above situation. Too disrespectful.
And as a side note, here you can carry an unlocked firearm in your vehicle without a CCL. Pretty much every ride in the country where I live, has a firearm in it..
