Some of these are good, others - very oversimplified and utopical. Just take the example with the water we drink. Yes, it's an elemental product of nature, that should be guaranteed to everyone for free. On the other hand - you just go to the kitchen and tap some water in your glass or get in your bath and take shower, without having to walk some miles to the next lake to do so. And the infrastucture, that makes this possible, costs - as simple as that.
