You don't know what to do about nearly 700 rounds just sitting in a box with arabic text on the outside...? How about... letting your local friendly law enforcement officers know about it.

The caliber is on the base of the shell casing. Not knowing how big the guy's hand is, it looks a bit small to be 9mm. Maybe it's .32 auto.

they look to be 9mm ball rounds, standard NATO round. Like Ollie said, the caliber is stamped into the bottom end of the round.
