#18 is electronic musician and all around nicest-guy-in-the-world Alfred Daedelus. And he's been rocking those sideburns and his fashion style for a couple decades now, well before anybody knew what a hipster was.
Not that I'm defending hipsters, because we know how ridiculous they are.
