This 350 square foot storage unit in Washington D.C. was built and 1890 and wasn't much to look at. But one man invested $50,000 and put a lot of hard work into the place. Now it looks like the type of place you would want to call home.

I'm pretty sure if you spend more than $1000/sq ft on renovations, you can make pretty much anything look good.

Not sure about the tiny ceiling level windows, I'm pretty sure it would be dark inside, other than that, it looks quite a good effort.

Very nice, but clearly the person that wrote the commentary doesn't know what a loft (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loft) is.
