on #2 the sticker shown is vinyl so it will not absorb the water. heat can work, single side razor works on glass, and companies like Eastwood sell a eraser thats safe for painted panels .

#5, over inflating tyres can cause overheating and lead to a blowout. And traction is lost due to a smaller contact patch (if they are really over inflated).

#8, run your heater on high if you have to drive, to get to a safe place to pull over, etc. The heater core is just another radiator.

#2 A blow drier, or heat gun works better!

#3and 4, pretty obvious!

#5 is free everywhere in Sweden, so i cant comment on that!

#6 Dish washing liquid will do the same if you have alot of it, 1/4 with water, but the commercial products for this works best :)

#8 get to know your car, if it overheats in congestion, a bit of freeway may be the best for it, better then stopping, if you overheat at speed, just slow down, and stop if it takes that, and let it cool for an hour or two, then try again, but talk too your local mechanic friend :)
