Texas and Oklahoma are two American states that got hit hard by tornadoes and floods on May 23 and May 24. Houses were destroyed, roads were washed out and lives were lost. Now the effected communities are left with the difficult task of trying to rebuild.

I live in Wimberley TX and it got bad. The cable, internet, and phones were dead. No stores could accept cards and atm didn't work until this morning. Resorted back to a cash only society. The Blanco river usually has inches of water and 13' is flood level, and that's the height of the bridge, it rose to over 40' fast, the bridge (right in town) has guardrails all bent and twisted from washed away houses hitting so it's closed till it can be inspected. No school today because the schools are shelters, the National Guard is here and rescue teams from all over.
Many missing, we had four ways out of town and three are blocked. On of them is the Fischer road, it's the pic above #14. The river road is trashed with many trees snapped off by water and many houses gone. That's all I know right now, many places we have lost access to. Rescue teams are very busy.
