The Hoover Dam is one of the most important landmarks in the United States of America. It took a lot of people to put it together and unfortunately not everyone made it out alive. A total of 112 deaths have been linked back to the dam's construction.

"The trickiest thing about creating the Hoover Dam was that no one had ever created a Hoover Dam before." AC, come up with that yourselves? "Hoover" is not a type of dam, but the name of the US President after whom the dam was named.

That said, if you're a person who enjoys engineering or man made marvels, take the Hoover Dam tour next time you visit Las Vegas; its good. Although the do beat the "damn/Dam" joke to death.
