After the metals down its as realistic as the matrix plot (not at all realistic). And the organ prices are most likely what hospitals charge for it, not whats it worth. I remember a post saying they charge $700 for salt water which costs them $2.

Also, most organs need to be removed from a living body to be useful. Even after a few minutes after death the body starts decomposing and the organs become useless. This does not mean they will kill a healthy person, but if you are a donor and in critical condition the doctors will have to make a decision to remove the organs or not, even though you are not dead yet (but considered dying), because there would be much less useful to them afterwards.
