He was refused a heart basically because he was already clearly a thug as a teen, but the "community" and black leaders made a huge stink that he was refused because of institutional racism. So he got the heart, and someone else didn't.

Imo, those "leaders" should be prosecuted for manslaughter for denying whoever didn't get the heart.
