Only hours after posting a photo of three whiskey shots to his Instagram account, Pedro Abad Jr. was involved in a car accident that killed two of his friends. Witnesses say he ran 4 red lights then smashed into a trailer after going to the wrong way down the road.

I just did a search of this, they never even did a 'blood/ alcohol' test on him. The police department told 'Investigators' (probably internal affairs) that they had to get a court order before they could do a drug/ alcohol test.
