Necessary for taking down trucks, armored vehicles, large SUV's, airplanes of any size (or just about anything else). To give you an idea, if you shot a cow or a moose with this 'rifle', the velocity of the round alone would nearly rip the carcass in half. A-10 aircraft use a 30mm rotary cannon with depleted uranium round on tanks (very effectively) and the F-22, F-35, F-16 use a 20mm rotary-cannon. Its a big rifle.
