These people thought they were chasing a meteor but that wasn't the case.

On 28/12/2014 we saw some meteor looking flying thru the sky

Next day some farmers said something big has crashed on their land

A lot of people came to see it

That's a COPV from a rocket. Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessel. Russia's Proton - M rocket launched on 12/27 from Baikonur Cosmodrome to place a communications satellite in orbit. This was in the first stage which falls back to earth and should burn up in the atmospere.
