There's a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to health and the human body. That's why today we're taking the time to separate the fact from fiction.

Whoever wrote #1 never saw anyone in the act of active drowning.
Yes, it can happen as they say but rarely does.

10 - A study conducted by the sugar companiex no doubt. I was a kid once. I know you get hyperactive from too much sugar.

@Aindy, you get a sugar rush, but this is nowhere near ADHD!
And the effects of the sugar rush are reversible, while these from ADHD are not!
Try to snort powdered sugar...I tried it....it gives you a more intensified suga rush!
And it is nice, if you do it in a club, straigt at the bar!

, agreed. I only have to watch our youngest after a glass of sugary drink, or a bar of chocolate to see that!
Also if you are the designated driver for an evening out, try not to drink seven or eight pints of Coke over the evening. Just saying......

Aindy & fairmania. Many many properly scientifically controlled tests have demonstrated that there is no link between sugar and hyperactivity. It's all about perception. E.g. Parents are told their child has been given a very sugary drink and asked to rate their hyperactivity, result parents think their child is acting hyperactive. Other test, 50% of kids given sugary drink, 50% given almost identical non sugary drink, parents are unable to tell which group is which.

, agreed here as well. I had ADHD before I got hold of sugar. I have just as much sugar through health supplements as I do on 2 liters of Mountain Dew.

There is no such thing as sugar rush, but fast carbohydrates give energy, just like any other food.
