This is too sad to be funny. Children are an investment for the future. All education should be free. In the end their education benefits the whole of society, not just a few people who make loads of money off loans and finance.
Just sayin is all :02:

How very Liberal of you , Nick...just WHO will PAY for all education to be FREE? I would rather pay for my kids' education and have a say in who teaches them and what they are taught, than allow them to go into the socialist, Marxist, brain washing that our State educational institutions are becoming. Don't try to tell me it isn't there, I went through it, had to deal with the crap that is 'college', and it is still a mess 20 years later!

,
So basically you're saying, you had your free education. Now everyone else can pay for theirs.
Of course there will be an initial outlay, as there is with any INVESTMENT. I would much rather pay high taxes for mine and your kids education, then when I'm old, have a better society than we have now. As opposed to sending our children into the workplace with hundreds on thousands of dollars debt, paying interest to the riches people in society.
