A fun game would be replace the rules list with tenant rights. Because even if its your house, if somebody is paying to live there they got rights. And most of these rules couldnt be enforced. Hell, you could probably call the cops just for having the rules up.

Heh! This guy sounds like a bundle of joy to live with! When I was young and renting rooms, I wouldn't have lasted five minutes in a place like that. In fact, I wouldn't have moved in in the first place, however desperate I was.
